Jocelyn Wildenstein, the woman known as "Catwoman" due to her stunningly feline features achieved from various cosmetic procedures, looks unrecognizable in a rare older photo to celebrate her daughter's birthday.
The 82 year old recently shared a throwback photo on Instagram of herself from when she was younger holding her daughter Diane as a baby, per Page Six. In the pic, Wildenstein channeled chic blonde bombshell vibes with glamorous makeup and perfectly styled hair as she looked off into the distance, her daughter cradled in her arms.
"Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter Diane Wildenstein," she captioned the sweet mother-daughter pic.
The throwback photo showcases another side to the Swiss-born New York City socialite than what many people may be used to. Throughout the years, Wildenstein has undergone several cosmetic procedures — such as multiple face lifts and eye lifts — that has altered her face and given her a distinctly feline appearance, leading her to earn the nickname "Catwoman," Page Six reports.
According to People, Wildenstein gained notoriety in the 1990s during her high-profile divorce from billionaire art dealer Alec Wildenstein after 20 years of marriage. She reportedly once told Vanity Fair that she and her ex had some of their first plastic surgeries together and that she kept going under the knife because he "hates to be with old people." However, she also claimed that not all of her features were a fully a result of cosmetic procedures, saying, "The lynx has perfect eyes. If I show you pictures of my grandmother what you see is these eyes — cat eyes — and high cheekbones."
