Kim Kardashian recently unveiled which of her children will eventually receive her 15-carat diamond engagement ring from ex-husband Kanye West.
The SKIMS founder, who shares North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, Psalm, 5, with the rapper, opened up about the wedding band in the latest episode of The Kardashians on Thursday (March 13), per People. Speaking to her sister Khloé, she revealed:
"My first one that I got engaged with Kanye [was] a cushion cut, and that was the only piece of jewelry that I owned that I didn’t take to Paris. Because when I was with you at Madison Square Garden, you told me to wear both, I wore both, and we went like this in an IG video. Kanye saw it and went, ‘Don’t you ever wear both of your rings at the same time. Are you looking to get robbed?’”
Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in 2016 and lost a handful of cherished personal items including a second (and much larger) engagement ring gifted to her by Ye. She did not bring the 15-carat engagement ring that he first used to propose when she was pregnant with North in 2013.
"And so that one I’m going to give to Northie because she was with me when I got engaged. And she held it after and I took a photo. She was just a few months old.”
The Kardashians star divorced West in 2022 after six years of marriage.
