Deepak Chopra Tells The One Thing He Would Say To The World

Deepak Chopra tells the one thing he would say to the world, talks his new podcast Now For Tomorrow & how Millennials can change the future on Pop Culture Weekly with Kyle McMahon

Deepak Chopra is a spiritual icon, a best selling author many times over and is credited with bringing meditation to the United States. Currently, between authoring books, speaking on the lecture circuit and releasing content through his platform, he has released a new podcast, Now for Tomorrow with Deepak Chopra, that focuses on the here and now.

The digestible episodes are bite sized, created for on the go listening or as you're getting ready for work. With episode titles like "Overcoming Fear", "Coping with Stress", and "Finding Self-Empowerment When You Feel Powerless", this is a show that couldn't have arrived at a better time.

I spoke with Chopra for the latest episode of Pop Culture Weekly. We discussed a wide range of topics from how Millennials can change the world ("Learn from our mistakes"), how to find healing in turmoil ("Center yourself"), and more. The biggest lesson that I learned from Deepak in an interview filled with lessons, was when I asked him what is the one thing he would tell the world.

Love in action. Love without action is meaningless. And action without love is irrelevant. But when you have love in your heart and you take action you can change the world. You can change yourself. You can change the world.

With decades of wisdom, and a seemingly endless amount of knowledge, Deepak Chopra is truly a gift to us all and I was floored to be able to speak with him. This interview is and will forever remain one of my proudest professional and personal moments, as I'm quite sure we can all get something from it. As you go through the rest of your day, keep in mind: "Love in action".
