Walt Disney Co. Announced New Avatar Experience Coming To Disneyland & More

Could there be a new "Avatar" experience coming to the Disneyland Resort? The Walt Disney Co. announced some new movies and theme park experiences for Disneyland during their company earnings call today.

According to Deadline, Disney is working on new animated sequels for "Toy Story," "Frozen," and "Zooptia."

“Today I’m so pleased to announce that we have sequels in the works from our animation studios to some of our most popular franchises, Toy Story, Frozen and Zootopia,” Iger said. “We’ll have more to share about these productions soon, but this is a great example of how we’re leaning into our unrivaled brands and franchises.”

Disney is also planning on releasing live-actions of "Little Mermaid," "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3," "Elemental," and more on Disney+ and Hulu. Now for the new "Avatar" experience, there isn't much information about it but Bob Iger said that they will be sharing more about "very soon." Click here for more.
